Frustrated / Disappointed
"I placed an order using a gift card after waiting quite some time for my size to come back in stock. After several weeks with no updates, I reached out multiple times to inquire about the status of my order and received no responses. When the item finally arrived, I was disappointed ti find that the fit was off, the arm openings gaped significantly and made the tank to unwearable. I promptly followed the company's return policy by requesting a return shipping label within the required 14 day window. Unfortunately despite reaching out on six separate occasions, I received no responses and no shipping label. The 14 day return window has now passed, leaving me stuck with an itemI cannot use and no support from customer service. At this point, the lack of communication is more concerning than the product itself. A simple response or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company unless improvements are made to their customer service and return support. I have been left truly disappointed."
