DO NOT BUY - Horrible customer service

"If i could do negative stars I would. It took 2 weeks from me ordering these to get a notice that the item was shipped, and I had to email them to get that. I never actually received a reply from anyone. I was then sent the wrong size and I have emailed about 4 times, and also submitted for a refund, and submitted to customer service just to get a reply and I have not heard anything back from the company. This sucks because I have purchased from them before and the material is nice and soft, but I never received what I paid for this time. Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from them because if they mess up and send you the wrong item you are out of luck and stuck with the wrong item!"

Cute bottoms / Terrible Shipping !

"These bottoms are super cute don’t get me wrong! I bought the black cheeky bottoms and they are a go to colour and style! I met the owner at a random restaurant about a month ago ish and we bonded about being local from similar area! I live in Hermosa and she assured me with living so close my order would be so quick. And I believed her! When I bought it said 2-4 day shipping. It took over a week and a half to get here! Her business I believe is in Manhattan or El Segundo? Regardless why did it take over 10 days! It took about 5 days just to get a shipping label that did nothing for another couple of days. Make it make sense! Other than that love my product but I can’t say the shipping process + price was worth it. If you do need a product buy it WAY ahead of time. I needed this for an outfit and I ended up having to buy another black bottom because it took over 10 days to arrive."
