We want you to LOVE your REVLY suits - that is why we offer free exchanges! 

Please email info@revlysport.com with your order number in the subject line to start a return or exchange.

We understand sizing can be hard and online shopping for swimwear can be a nightmare. That is why we are here to help! We are happy to offer free exchanges for any reason. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges.

 

Offering free returns may increase sales, however, it also encourages shopping before carefully assessing size guides. This increases both outgoing and returned shipments - a consequence that affects our environment. The only proven way to decrease our negative impact on the environment is through mindful shopping. We urge you to reach out to our Customer Support team for sizing advice before your purchase. If you are in between 2 sizes, we recommend sizing up! 

Please note that all swimwear stretches after the first few wears when wet - if it's not a little tight when you first try the swimwear on then it may become saggy. Get them wet a few times and they will give quite a bit and mold to your body perfectly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14-day exchange policy. All exchange items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. 14 days = from the date delivered to the date it is back in the mail.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period; (2) worn, including deodorant marks; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) hygiene sticker removed from garment; (6) or damaged in any way. All tags and hygiene sticker must be fully attached at the time of return. Item must be returned with original bag with barcode sticker still in place. The swimwear should be neatly packaged and well protected so it arrives to us in the same condition that it was sent. 

Once you mail your item back, it is your responsibility to check your tracking number to see when it arrives to us. REVLY Sport will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed items. 

We will only accept one exchange per order. To clarify, we do not exchange goods that have already been exchanged.

*For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

RETURN POLICY

A restocking fee of $10 per garment may be applied if the item needs to be cleaned or repaired. If the garment has clearly been worn or is stained, REVLY is not able to accept the return and will send it back to the customer at their expense. 

A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the REVLY Sport return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

Please send an email to info@revlysport.com with your order # in the subject line to receive your return shipping label. Your store credit will be issued via email within 10 business days after receiving your returned item(s). 

*All REVLY merch (hats, shirts, sweatshirts) and accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

REVLY Sport does not offer refunds unless goods are received in a faulty condition and we cannot rectify it. 

THIRD PARTY RETAILERS

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not make exceptions to our return policy - even if you email us!

Final sale info: We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items are below cost and discounting this low is rare. Because of this, we need to be strict about not accepting any returns or exchanges on final sale items. We hope you can understand our position. Warehouse sale info: Some items may have slight imperfections, gently used during photoshoots, or used for try-ons at trunk show events. All warehouse sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns for store credit.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@revlysport.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. Please double check your sizes and address before placing your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are final sale.

Please note that REVLY is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, and we are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country and the value of your purchase. This is then added to your shopping cart total, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
